Lesia’s Land of Love Receiving Center is a minority owned business that is operated by Lesia Hill-Driver, a licensed foster parents with 25 years of experience in human services. Lesia is committed to providing advocacy and support in a manner that fosters well-being and human dignity to a population that is often under served. She takes pride in being a foster parent as well as her model of service delivery.
With 10 years of service as a Racine County Supervisor, Lesia’s education is as followed:
Undergraduate degree in Social Work (BSW)
Master’s Degree in Adult Education, emphasis on Psychotherapy
In addition to LLLRH, Lesia will be able to maintain her current status, which is serving as a foster parent from her primary residence, while building equity and security for future expansion opportunities.
